For over 20 years Todd has provided clients with diverse services including financial analysis, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, strategic planning and portfolio disposition. Todd has expertise in multi-state disposition and acquisition for large industrial portfolios, investment sales of office, retail, and industrial buildings, as well as leasing, and land acquisitions. He is a board member of the SIOR Michigan Chapter, committee member for the National SIOR Board and is former president of CCIM Michigan Chapter.
