Sharlene Shineldecker is the Chief Operations Officer for Cherette Group. She has over 36 years of experience in the title insurance industry and specializes in large commercial transactions and developments such as PUDs, Multifamily, Condominiums, and Senior Housing.
Throughout her career, community engagement has been an important focus which she continues as a member of the Board of Directors at the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce. As an owner and director of a large title agency, she has been directly involved in all aspects of business operations. Shar was the only founding female member of Transnation Title Agency of Michigan. She has inspired and paved the way for young women to create careers in a male-dominated field through fierce drive and intelligence.
