Sam Pranger is a lifelong Michigander who began his journey with Cherette Group as an intern and now serves as Director of Finance & Construction Operations. In this role, Sam is instrumental in managing complex financial analysis, projections, market research, data tracking, project planning, and other aspects that support the development process.
His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been integral to the success of Cherette Group’s projects. Sam began his higher education at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline and leadership.
Sam went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in finance, graduating cum laude from Central Michigan University. With four years at Cherette Group, Sam has become a key member of the team, contributing to the firm’s growth and ongoing success.
