Olivia Troost

Olivia is a Development Associate who plays an integral role in supporting projects from early planning through execution. She earned her degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University, where she developed a strong foundation in construction principles, project coordination, and cost analysis—skills that continue to shape her work today.

In her current role, Olivia contributes to a wide range of responsibilities that drive successful project outcomes, including market research, project data tracking, and project planning. Her background in construction management allows her to approach development with both a practical and strategic perspective, enabling her to understand the broader vision while effectively managing the technical details required to bring projects to life.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with family, and being outdoors.
