When an area hospital needed additional medical offices near its campus, Denny led his company through the development of a new ambulatory medical office building from start to finish. He coordinated efforts with the health system and multiple providers to design and build a 53,000-square-foot, Class A, multi-tenant building that met their goals, then entered into a master lease with the hospital.

The facility offers laboratory and x-ray services, a pharmacy, medical equipment, a two-story atrium, and more than a dozen medical practices and hospital offices.

The process included land acquisition, financing, rezoning, site engineering, architectural design, construction, and management. The company assembled a select investor group to own the building.  After several years of management and ownership, Denny located a well-qualified buyer and negotiated the sale of the property.
