The parcels are located directly at the center of town and are the only available development parcels with such proximity. The parcels are less than one block from Avenue Pastor Diaz, the main street of Jaco.

  • Parcel B contains 1.87 Acres (81,449 SF) and 204.11 Feet of ocean frontage. In metric terms, it contains 0.7569 Hectares (7,569.67 m2) and has 62.23 meters of ocean frontage.

Both parcels are served by Calle Bohio which runs from Avenue Pastor Diaz to the ocean. Parcel B has existing structures including a former beachfront restaurant.

Water, gas, and electricity are available at each lot. Both parcels have sufficient water permits; the permits will be included in the sale.

A luxury resort condominium tower, The Pacific, was approved for Parcel B and received partial permits in 2008, but construction was delayed. The tower is slated to contain sought-after oceanfront one-bedroom and studio units currently unavailable in the market, as well as restaurants and shopping.

The project remains close to shovel-ready if the Buyer chooses to proceed; only new permits are necessary. However, the Buyer is under no obligation to proceed with the current plans and may modify them or propose a new development altogether. Complete construction drawings may be included with the sale subject to suitable terms.
